What still comes afterwards
No maintenance contract, no subscription — because there is nothing to update on our websites: no plugins, no content management system, no security updates. Two items remain, both manageable.
Hosting
Server in Europe, your .lu domain and the SSL certificate. This is not a maintenance contract but the place where your website lives. Your mailboxes stay where they are — or we move them with you.
Changes on request
You tell us what should change — we make it happen. In the first three months small corrections are included. Typical examples:

Up to 70% back from the state
With the SME Package Digital, the Luxembourg Ministry of the Economy supports small and medium-sized businesses with digitalisation — explicitly including building or redesigning the website. Up to 70% of the project costs are reimbursed.
Example package “Business”: €3,490 net, of which up to €2,443 is reimbursed — your share around €1,050. VAT is not subsidised, but for businesses it is usually deductible as input tax.
Requirements: registered seat in Luxembourg, valid business permit, SME (under 250 employees) — and the project only starts after approval.

How much does it cost to have a website built in Luxembourg?
With us between €1,490 for a one-pager and from €4,900 for a multilingual site, each net at a fixed price. The typical business site with 5–8 pages is €3,490. In the Luxembourg market, agencies usually charge between €2,500 and €8,000 for comparable websites.
Are there hidden or ongoing costs?
The only ongoing cost is hosting: €180 a year for server, .lu domain and SSL certificate. There is no maintenance contract because there is nothing to maintain — no updates, no plugins. You only pay for changes if you order them.
What do changes after go-live cost?
In the first three months small corrections are included. After that we charge €85 per hour in 15-minute steps. New opening hours or a replaced photo usually take 15 minutes, so around €21. Larger extensions get a fixed price in advance.
How does funding through the SME Package Digital work?
The Luxembourg state reimburses small and medium-sized businesses based in Luxembourg up to 70% of the cost of a new or redesigned website, for projects between €3,000 and €25,000 net. The application goes through the House of Entrepreneurship or the Chamber of Skilled Trades; what matters is that the project only starts after approval by the Ministry of the Economy. We issue the quote in the form you need for the application.
Can I get the funding as a business from Germany or France?
No, the SME Package applies only to businesses with their registered seat and business permit in Luxembourg. For clients from Trier, Saarland or Lorraine the same fixed prices apply without funding; for business clients in the EU we invoice with reverse charge, i.e. without Luxembourg VAT.
Who owns the website and domain?
You do. The domain is registered to your business, and you can have the complete website files handed over at any time on request. There is no lock-in with us and no minimum term.
