Add €180 a year for hosting — no maintenance contracts, no subscriptions. Through the SME Package Digital, up to 70% can be subsidised. Can I update the content myself later?
The honest answer: with us, updates run through us — we take care of text changes and new images on request, a short message is all it takes. That is deliberate: a content management system that nobody ends up using costs speed, security and ongoing updates. If you want to publish regularly yourself, we will tell you so just as honestly in the first conversation — and find the right solution.
What happens to my existing domain and email?
Both remain yours. We handle the technical move — domain, mailboxes and forwarding keep running without interruption, and existing Google rankings are handed over cleanly via redirects.
How long does a website project take?
You receive the binding schedule with the quote — it mainly depends on how quickly content such as text and images is available. The process is always the same: conversation, draft, implementation with your feedback, go-live.
Do you also work with clients outside Luxembourg?
Yes — regularly in Trier, Saarland, Lorraine and Belgium. We are happy to hold the first meeting at your premises; after that, coordination usually runs via video call and email. Contracts and invoices go through our Luxembourg company, with reverse charge for business clients in the EU.
In which languages do you build websites?
German, English, French and Luxembourgish — monolingual or multilingual with clean language switching, separate addresses per language and correct markup for Google. The consultation itself is in German or English.
Website software or web designer — which is cheaper?
At first glance the website software: a website-builder subscription costs little per month. Calculated over five years it often looks different — the subscription keeps running, your own time for upkeep is added, and if you switch providers the site is gone.
